Racquet Demo Program

How It Works
Many players prefer to test a racquet first prior to making a purchase. Due to popular demand, URacquet Shop is happy to introduce our racquet demo program. You will receive a free in-shop consultation with our racquet experts who will walk you through the racquet options based on your swing speed, skill level, style of play and experience.
Here's how it works:
After your free in-shop consultation, you will be charged $40 to take away three (3) demo racquets for a demo period of 7 days. If you would like to try more than 3 racquets DURING your 7 day demo period, you can simply swap a racquet out by exchanging it in person for a different demo racquet - this can only be done during your demo period and not after your 7 day demo period has ended.
Once your 7-day demo period has ended and you have returned all of the demo racquets, you have three (3) options:
Option 1- You are ready to purchase a racquet --The customer will receive a credit off their new racquet purchase of $30.
Option 2- You want to continue demo-ing racquets. The customer must pay an additional $40 to demo racquets for a second 7-day period. In the event a customer purchases a new racquet after two (2) demo periods, only a single $30 credit will be accessible for use on a new racquet purchase. Customers are not eligible to demo racquets for more than 14 consecutive days (2 consecutive demo periods).
Option 3 - You are not ready to purchase a new racquet and are no longer interested in demo-ing more racquets. Customer's demo account is closed. Customer has ability to use a $30 credit on a future new racquet purchase within the next 60 days. Beyond 60 days, the credit will no longer be accessible.
Other things to know:
If you do not return your demo racquets after 7 days, you will be charged a late fee of $8 plus tax for each day until you return the racquets.
If you do not return the racquets after 10 days, you will be charged the total retail cost of the racquets in your possession, typically around $250-305 per racquet.
Final Comments:
A racquet demo program can be a great way for players to make a decision on a new racquet purchase, but there is also the potential for things to go wrong leaving an unsatisfied experience. First, when you come to the shop to request demos, be sure you have planned specific future time to play tennis so you can use your demo racquets. Account for things like poor weather, vacations, and difficult court availability periods prior to demo-ing. Also, we do not recommend playing serious matches with demo racquets. The best way to demo a racquet is through hitting sessions with coaches or more experienced players which will provide you an adequate opportunity to test the racquets in a more relaxed setting. If you find yourself unable to make a decision on which racquet is working best for you, ask your coach or hitting partner for feedback first, then contact URacquet Shop for a consultation.
